In plain language: Play the game, enjoy it, don't try to break or resell it. The one-time purchase removes ads and lifts limits; refunds go through Apple or Google. We provide the game "as is" and update it over time.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Splish mobile game (the "App") and the website at getsplish.app (the "Site"), provided by [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] ("Zorzen Studios", "we", "us"). By using the App or Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the applicable app store.

2. Acceptable use

You must not, and must not attempt to:

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App except as permitted by law;
  • resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it;
  • circumvent, disrupt, or interfere with its security, advertising, or purchase mechanisms; or
  • use the App in any unlawful manner.

3. Purchases

The App is free to play. It offers an optional one-time "Splish Forever" purchase (price set for your region and shown before you buy) that removes interstitial ads and lifts in-game limits. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and managed via RevenueCat; billing, restoration, and refunds are subject to those stores' terms. We do not process payments directly.

4. Advertising

The free version shows limited, skippable ads between levels only, with family-safe content filters. Ads are never shown when you restart or retry a level. Advertising is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The App, the Site, the Splish name and logo, and all related content are owned by Zorzen Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. The color-sort game mechanic itself is a common genre mechanic and is not claimed as proprietary.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The App and Site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the App or Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under [GOVERNING_LAW_JURISDICTION] law, including your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the App and these Terms over time; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or end the licence if you materially breach these Terms.
